【摘要】 目的对临床呼吸机管道及氧气湿化瓶消毒效果进行目标性监测,实现持续质量改进。方法采用目标性监测,每季度随机抽取使用中呼吸机管道和湿化瓶送检。结果 2009年监测呼吸机管道共135份,合格率71.1%;湿化瓶143份,合格率68.5%,季度比较,差异有统计学意义;76份标本中检出革兰阴性杆菌占59.8%,以非发酵菌为主。结论呼吸机管道及湿化瓶细菌污染严重,通过持续整改,效果明显;加强监控是提高呼吸机管道及湿化瓶消毒效果的有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To achieve the continuous quality improvement by performing the monitoring the effect of clinical ventilator tube and oxygen humidifier bottles disinfection.METHODS By using targeted surveillance,the clinical ventilator tube and humidifier bottle were randomly selected for inspection each quarter.RESULTS A total of 135 ventilator tubes in 2009 were monitored,with a qualified rate of 71.1%;humidifier bottles were 143,with a qualified rate of 68.5%,there was significant difference between the quarter comparison.Spectral analysis showed that Gram-negative bacilli were detected from 76 samples with a constitute ratio of 59.8%,which were mainly non-fermentative bacteria.CONCLUSION There is serious bacterial contamination in ventilator tube and oxygen humidifier bottles,the effect is obvious through continuous improvement;strengthening the monitoring is an effective measure to improve the effects of ventilator tube and oxygen humidifier bottles infection.更多还原
