【摘要】 目的了解产科医护人员在HIV/AIDS孕产妇助产过程中的职业暴露情况和防护措施。方法从2005年1月-2009年12月使用统一调查表格,对每名有职业暴露危险的医护人员进行目标性监测。结果 2005年1月-2007年6月发生HIV/AIDS职业暴露3例,2007年7月-2009年12月未发生职业暴露,暴露率分别为5.8%和0,感染率为0,防护措施落实率100.0%。结论提高医护人员整体防护能力,重视医疗职业安全教育,牢固掌握职业暴露的正确处理方法,准确监测,加强医院防护基础建设,执行标准预防措施,规范防护流程,是避免产科医护人员在HIV/AIDS孕产妇诊疗助产过程中发生医源性感染的有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To understand condition of occupational exposure and protection measures to HIV/AIDS among obstetric nursing workers in process of practice midwifery.METHODS From Jan 2005 to Dec 2009,design the same forms,targeted surveillance on obstetric nursing workers after occupational exposure in HIV/AIDS.RESULTS There were 3 cases of HIV/AIDS occupational exposure occurred from Jan 2005 to Dec 2006,No infection resulted from occupational exposure from Jan 2007 in Dec 2009.Exposure rates were 5.8% and 0,infection rate was 0,the implementation rate of protective measures was 100.0%.Results : It is the most effective measure to avoid the incidence of hospital infection of obstetric nursing workers during the maternal midwifery.CONCLUSION To improve medical staff overall protective ability,occupational safety and health education,to pay attention to occupational safety and health education,to grasp firmly the correct processing method occupational exposure,to measure at the run time,to strengthen the protection foundation construction,to implement standard preventive action,to regulate protection process are the effective measures to avoid iatrogenic infection in the process of practice midwifery for the pregnant women with HIV/AIDS.更多还原
