下呼吸道医院感染嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌的耐药性调查

【摘要】 目的探讨医院下呼吸道医院感染嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌(SMA)的耐药现状,为临床医师合理用药提供试验依据。方法细菌培养和菌株鉴定严格按照《全国临床检验操作规程》,采用常规方法进行;药敏试验和结果判读采用K-B法进行。结果 96株SMA对亚胺培南耐药率为100.0%,对左氧氟沙星、磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶、米诺环素耐药率分别为16.7%、25.0%、4.2%。结论 SMA具有天然广谱耐药性,应对其加强监测与控制,预防SMA医院感染暴发流行。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To approach antimicrobial resistance of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia(SMA) from lower respiratory tract causing nosocomial infections and provide the experimental evidence for clinically reasonable use of antibiotics.METHODS Referring to National Guide to Clinical Laboratory Operation Procedure,the bacterial culture and identification were performed by the routine method.The drug sensitivity testing was performed and the results were assessed by K-B methods recommended by CLSI.RESULTS Drug sensitivity testing for 96 S.maltophilia showed that 100.0% of SMA were resistant to imipenem.The resistance rates of SMA to levofloxacin,trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole and minocycline were 16.7%,25.0% and 4.2%,respectively.CONCLUSIONS SMA possesses the natural broad-spectrum resistance.It should strengthen the monitoring and controlling to avoid the outbreak and epidemic of nosocomial infection.
