【摘要】 目的探讨预防与控制外科手术部位医院感染的有效措施。方法 2006年6月-2009年6月对医院外科手术后医院感染进行MTP(即监测、培训、计划)干预法研究,通过目标性监测、干预、反馈、讨论,最终达成共识,不断完善和巩固预防与控制外科手术部位医院感染的措施。结果运用MTP干预法后,手术部位感染率从2006年的6.89%下降至2009年的2.01%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论运用MTP干预法,能有效控制外科手术部位医院感染的危险因素,降低外科手术部位医院感染率,对保证医疗质量和患者的生命安全起到了的重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the effective measures for the prevention and control of hospital infection due to the surgical site.METHODS The method of MTP intervention study was applied to the hospital infection after surgical operation from Jun 2006 to Jun 2009 and the consensus was finally reached through the targeted surveillance,intervention,feedback,discussion,the consolidate measures of prevention and control in hospital infection for surgical site were continuously improved and perfected.RESULTS After the application of MTP intervention method,the surgical site infection rate from 6.89% in 2006 declined to 2.01% in 2009,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).CONCLUSION The risk factors of hospital infection in surgical sites can be effectively controlled by MTP intervention method,and the infection rate of surgical sites havd been reduced.MTP intervention method plays an important role in ensuring the medical quality and the patients′ safety.更多还原
