【摘要】 目的探讨医院感染管理日督导在感染暴发中的作用。方法实行责任分工,对门诊预检分诊、输液室、发热门诊和隔离病房各安排1名专职人员每日对所分管的科室进行感染管理督导;监督内容主要包括消毒隔离、医疗废物、个人防护、手卫生等。结果在2009年手足口病、甲型H1N1流感暴发中,经过持续的感染管理日督导,2个月后疫情很快得到控制;手足口病暴发期间,未发现医务人员医院感染;甲型H1N1流感暴发期间,有42例医务人员有发热及流感样症状,占4.09%;12名医务人员有与甲型H1N1流感患者密切接触史,占1.17%;主要分布在小儿科、ICU、呼吸科等高危科室。结论在感染暴发时期,实施医院感染管理日督导对控制感染暴发及医院感染起到了很重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the effect of the daily supervision on nosocomial infection outbreak.METHODS The division of responsibilities to the infection control unit was implemented,outpatient pre-consultation,infusion room,fever clinics and isolation wards were taken charged by a professional staff.The supervision included disinfection and isolation,medical waste,personal protection and hand hygiene,and so on.RESULTS During an outbreak of hand,foot and mouth disease and H1N1 A in 2009,the epidemic diseases were quickly controlled by continuous daily supervision for 2 months.No infected medical staff was found.there were 42 cases of medical personnel with fever and flu-like symptoms,which accounted for 4.09%,and 12 medical staff had the history of close contact with A influenza,which accounted for 1.17%.They mainly distributed in pediatrics,ICU,respiratory and other high-risk departments.CONCLUSION The implementation of daily supervision to nosocomial infection management plays a very important role in the control of nosocomial infection outbreak.更多还原
