【摘要】 目的观察我院质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitor,PPI)的使用情况,探讨其用药的合理性。方法统计我院2010年PPI制剂用药记录,综合分析质子泵的应用情况。结果我院大部分科室都用到了PPI制剂,除了消化内科用于幽门螺杆菌的根除以外,其他临床科室主要用于应激性溃疡的治疗、预防或者除酸等对症治疗,或其他的相关治疗。结论目前我院质子泵抑制剂应用基本合理,但是存在与说明书中规定适应证的差异,提醒医师应对药品说明书有更详尽的了解,尤其应该注意同种药品注射剂型和口服剂型的细微区别;药师应加强审核力度,主动了解患者用药情况,促进药品合理应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the use of the PPI and to discuss the rationality of their using.Methods Analysis the use of PPI in our hospital during 2010.Results PPI was widely used and it was rational used in the division of digestive on the whole.In the other division it was more used to treat the other symptomatic treatment,or related treatment.Conclusion At present,the PPI in our hospital were used basically rationally,but there were differences from that specified in drug package inserts.Doctors should have a more detailed understanding of the instructions,and they should pay attention to the difference between the same drug with different forms.Pharmacist prescription audit should pay more attention to the medication,and promote the rational use of medicines.更多还原
