【摘要】 目的探讨心脏移植手术中较合理的供体心脏的切取方法及心肌保护的注意事项,提高手术的成功率。方法 回顾性分析总结12例原位心脏移植术供心的切取配合及心肌保护方法。结果升主动脉开放后9例自动复跳,3例经电击除颤后复跳。结论充分的准备、熟练的供心切取配合、合理的供心保护、严格的无菌操作可以快速切取供体心脏并使供体心肌得到良好的保护。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve heart operation success rate by exploring reasonable methods of donor heart resection and myocardial preservation guidelines during orthotopic heart transplanting. Methods The cooperation and protection methods for donor heart eviscerating in orthotopic transplantation of 12 cases were analyzed retrospectively. Results After aortic decla-mping, among 12 cases, 9 cases recovered cardiac rhythm spontaneously and 3 cases needed electric defibrillation. Conclusion By sufficient preparation, skilled cooperation for donor heart eviscerating, rational donor heart protection and strict asepsis technique, it can acquire donor heart rapidly and ensure that donor myocardial got better protection.更多还原
