逆向工程技术在乳房整形中的应用研究

【摘要】 目的探讨逆向工程技术在乳房整形再造中的临床应用价值。方法应用逆向工程技术对56例乳房整形患者进行了三维数字化模型重建、计算机辅助测量分析、仿真手术模拟和快速原型技术制作乳房实体模型,再根据三维模型提供的直接信息,制定合理有效的治疗措施。结果应用逆向工程技术实现了计算机辅助的乳房整形手术模拟,制定量化、个性化的手术方案。术后乳房整形美容效果:50例为优,6例为良。结论逆向工程技术为乳房整形和再造提供了一种新的技术手段和具体指导。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application value of reverse engineering technique in cosmetic breast reconstruction.Methods Based on the reverse engineering theory,a 3-D digital breast model reconstruction,computer assisted measure,simulation operation and rapid prototyping were performed for 56 cases of breast plasty to make breast model factures.According to the direct data from the 3-d models reasonable and valid diagnostic measures were worked out.Results By using the reverse engineering technique the computer assisted breast plasty simulation and quantification and individuation operation planning were realized.The postoperative cosmetic outcome of breast plasty was excellent in 50 cases and good in 6.Conclusions The reverse engineering technique provides a new technique and instruction for breast plasty.
