【摘要】 目的探讨Miles手术结肠造口旁并发症的处理和预防。方法回顾性分析9例结肠造口旁各种并发症的处理。结果 9例患者并发症,1例结肠造口回缩腹腔,重新造口治愈;3例造口狭窄,开腹重新造口治愈;1例结肠脱出,切除脱出肠管治愈;3例造口肠管坏死,2例保守治愈,1例开腹手术重新造口治愈;1例造口旁疝,重新开腹治愈。结论重在预防,我们在行Miles手术时总结出的两句话,即2.5cm皮肤3指洞;3cm肠管要固定,可预防造口并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment and prevention of complications caused by colostomy in Miles operation.Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with complications caused by colostomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results In 9 patents with complications caused by colostomy,1 had stoma retraction,3 stoma stenosis,1 colon prolapsus,3 stoma necrosis,and 1 peristomal hernia.Most of the patients were cured after second operation.Conclusions To prevent complications after colostomy in Miles operation,the following principles should be followed:skin diameter2.5 cm,hole width three fingers,and intestinal length 3 cm.更多还原
