【摘要】 目的探讨CXCR4在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用RT-PCR法和免疫组织化学方法检测30例正常胃组织、86例胃癌组织中CXCR4的表达,其中86例胃癌中包括60例淋巴结转移和8例腹膜转移。结果 CXCR4蛋白在胃正常组织未见表达,在86例胃癌组织中的阳性表达率高达66.2%(57/86)。CXCR4的表达与胃癌患者的年龄、性别、胃癌组织类型无关,而与临床转移有关。结论 CXCR4m RNA及蛋白在胃癌组织、胃癌转移淋巴组织和胃癌腹膜转移组织中的表达上调与胃癌侵袭转移的发生和淋巴结及腹膜转移有关,CXCR4很可能是协同胃癌进展、胃癌淋巴结转移,尤其是腹膜侵袭转移的一个重要分子。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of CXCR4 in human gastric cancer tissue and its clinical significance.Methods CXCR4 expression was detected in normal gastric cancer tissues adjacent to cancer lesions of 30 patients,and primary lesions of gastric cancer of 86 patients,including 8 peritoneal metastases foci and 60 metastatic lymph node specimens by immunohistochemistry staining and RT-PCR.Results The stronger expression rate of CXCR4 protein were 66.2%(57/86) in 86 astric cancer tissues,and no expression of CXCR4 protein in normal tissues.CXCR4 expression was correlated with the clinical metastasis,but had no relationship with age,gender and pathological type.Conclusions Up-regulation of CXCR4 expression is associated with carcinogenesis,peritoneal and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.更多还原
