【摘要】 目的分析胰腺实性-假乳头状肿瘤(SPT)的临床及多层螺旋CT(MSCT)特点。方法回顾性分析19例经病理证实为胰腺SPT患者的临床及MSCT表现特点。结果 19例SPT患者中21.1%(4/19)的肿瘤CT平扫上见新鲜出血,呈稍高密度影。26.3%(5/19)的肿瘤在CT上见钙化。19例肿瘤在CT上均呈囊实性。肿瘤包膜在囊性为主型及囊实性混合型肿瘤中显示清楚,实性为主型的肿瘤中显示不清。增强扫描肿瘤包膜及实性肿瘤成分见增强。结论胰腺实性-假乳头状肿瘤的临床及CT表现具有一定的特点,CT检查有助于肿瘤的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical features and CT findings of solid-pseudopapillary tumor(SPT)of the pancreas.Methods Nineteen cases of SPT proved pathologically were reviewed.The clinical data and MSCT findings were retrospectively evaluated including tumor size,location,and imaging features.Results 21.1%(4/19)of tumors showed fresh hemorrhage with slightly hyper-attenuation on pre-contrast CT.Calcification was noted in 26.3%(5/19)of tumors.Three types of SPT were classified according to the different ratio of cystic and solid components detected on CT images:tumor with predo-minant cystic component,tumor with predominant solid component and tumor with mixture of cystic and solid component.Tumor capsules were clearly depicted on CT image in tumor with predominant cystic component or tumor with mixture of cystic and solid component.Tumor capsule and solid component showed enhancement after contrast administration.Conclusion The clinical and CT findings of SPT of the pancreas are characteristic.CT can be helpful for the diagnosis of SPT.更多还原
