【Abstract】 Decoquinate,an anticoccidial drug,was synthesized from catechol via etherification,coupling with diazonium salt of aniline and reduction with sodium hydrosulfite to give 3-ethoxy-4-hydroxyaniline,which was subjected to condensation with EMME,alkylation and cyclization with an overall yield of about 43%.更多还原
