【摘要】 以随机需求情况下由制造商与零售商组成的二级供应链系统为研究对象,通过比较供应链集中决策和各成员分散决策情况下供应链预期总利润,分析了供应链协同的必要性,引进了关于回购成本和补偿收益的激励函数,建立了由回购和补偿合约组成的协同机制。最后通过数值算例说明了所建立的协同机制可以使分散的供应链系统达到了和集中式供应链系统相同的绩效,同时实现供应链成员方的利益共享。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the two-echelon supply chain system consisting of manufacturers and retailers under random demand as the research object,the collaboration necessity is analyzed by comparing the total profit in the centralized system with the decentralized system.Then an incentive function on buy-back cost and compensation income is introduced and a collaboration mechanism is set up based on two incentive ways by buy-back contract and compensation contract.Finally numerical example is done and the result shows that the collaboration mechanism not only allows the two-echelon supply chain to achieve the optimal overall performance but also allows both parties in the supply chain to achieve profit sharing.更多还原
