【摘要】 目的探讨临床护士职业防护行为自评与他评的差异。方法采用自行设计的临床护士职业防护行为调查问卷,对北京市某三级甲等医院57名临床护士的职业防护行为进行调查。结果临床护士的职业防护行为自评与他评得分比较差异有统计学意义,且自评结果高于他评(P<0.01)。结论护士职业防护自评与他评存在差异,建议加强对护士职业安全的监督、考核,切实落实护士在日常工作中的慎独精神,加强自我监控。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the differences of clinical nurses’ occupational protection between self-evaluation and administrator-evaluation. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to evaluate 57 clinical nurses’ occupational protection. Results The self-evaluation scores of the clinical nurses’ occupational protection were higher than the administrator-evaluation scores,and the differences were significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The clinical nurses and nurse administrators have different evaluation on clinical nurses’ occupational protection. It is necessary to make scientific working procedure to create a safe working environment,and establish supervision for the implementation of clinical nurses’ occupational protection.更多还原
