【摘要】 目的深入了解护理学专业学位研究生的就读体验及应对方式。方法采用深度访谈法,对上海市3所高校的15名护理学专业学位硕士研究生进行访谈,将获得的资料用Giorgi法进行分析。结果护理学专业学位研究生的就读体验包括:①现实与期望不符:报考时满怀期待、接受就读过程曲折;②心理负荷过重:不确定感、被看低感、被忽视感、缺乏归属感、焦虑和(或)无奈、负疚感。主要的应对方式有理性积极型、顺其自然型及挣扎沮丧型3种类型。结论护理高等教育者应当洞察和把握专业学位研究生的特点,不断完善专业学位研究生的招生条件及培养,积极推进护理学应用型人才的培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the studying experience and coping style of specialty master nursing students.Methods Fifteen specialty master nursing students from three colleges in Shanghai were selected by purposive sampling.The data were collected by in-depth interview and were analyzed by Giorgi’s phenomenological procedures.Results The studying experience of specialty master nursing students included the following:①reality versus expectation conflict:high expectations,devious process of acceptance.②heavy mental burden:feeling of uncertainty,discrimination,neglect and lacking of sense of belonging,anxiety and helpless,and feeling of guilty.There were three main coping styles:rational and positive attitude,following the natural course,and struggling and depressed condition.Conclusion Nursing educators should understand the characteristics of specialty master nursing students,constantly improve specialty master nursing education program,and actively promote the cultivation of specialized nursing talents.更多还原
