【摘要】 目的探讨弹力指套对促进手指皮肤缺损皮瓣移植术后功能恢复的作用。方法将64例手指损伤行岛状皮瓣移植修补术的患者,按"不平衡指数最小的分配原则"分为观察组和对照组,术后5d内两组均采用无菌纱布包扎,结合抗凝、抗感染、抗痉挛治疗,局部烤灯照射保温,严密观察皮瓣血液循环情况。5d后排除血管危象后,观察组用弹力绷带制作的指套持续包扎,对照组继续采用常规纱布包扎,并于术后第15、30、90、180天观察肿胀消退、感觉运动及瘢痕情况。结果术后第15天,两组运动、两点分辨觉情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第30天,两组运动、两点分辨觉、肿胀情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第90、180天,两组瘢痕情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论弹力指套包扎对手指皮瓣移植术后肿胀消退、感觉运动功能恢复有促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of elastic fingerstall on the functional rehabilitation of the fingers repaired with reverse skin flaps.Method Totally 64 patients with soft tissue defect of fingers repaired by the reverse island skin flaps were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.In the 5 days after operation,all the fingers were bandaged with sterile gauze and received anticoagulant therapy,anti-infection and anti-spasm treatment,light irradiation,close observation of blood supply of skin flap.After confirmation of no blood vessel crisis,the fingers of patients in the experimental group were bandaged with fingerstalls made of elastic bandage continuously,while the control group were bandaged with gauze.The swelling,sensor and motor functions and scar of fingers were observed at 15 days,30 days,90 days and 180 days after the operation.Results There were significant difference in finger swelling and two point discrimination between the two groups at 15 days and 30 days after operation(P<0.05).The scar was smaller in the experimental group than that of the control group at 90 days and 180 days after the operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of elastic fingerstall can reduce finger swelling and promote the functional rehabilitation of the fingers repaired with skin flap.更多还原
