【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the nursing care of 56 children with Duchenne muscular dystrophy in walking period.The key points in nursing were psychological care of children,adherence to functional training,observation and prevention of side effects of prednisone,instruction on exercise and diet,discharge education and follow-up after discharge.Among the 56 children,46 cases persisted regular follow-up and functional exercises.One child is in early non-ambulatory.更多还原
