【Abstract】 To train skilled personnel in central supply center,a professional skill training base was established in central sterile supply center.Everyday training including practice,lectures and discussions was provided.This training not only improved the trainees’ professional knowledge and ability of analyzing and resolving practical problems,but also promoted them to correctly understand and implement the standards in central sterile supply center issued by Ministry of Health.更多还原
