【摘要】 为了配合"主诊医师负责制"的医药卫生制度改革,实行了"主责任护士负责制",即以主责任护士护理组为基本工作单元,由1名主责任护士带领组内成员全面负责患者的治疗、护理活动。实行此方法之后,增强了护理工作的连续性、及时性和完整性,使护士自身价值得到体现、医护配合更加紧密,提高了医生及患者对临床护理工作的满意度。认为足够的护理人员编配、简化护理文书、主责任护士的整体素质的提高是该种方法成功施行的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the carrying out of charge doctor responsbility system in medical reform,the charge nurse responsibility system was carried out in our hospital.Each charge nurse led a nursing group to finish all the activities of nursing work for the patients.This practice ensured the continuity and integrity of nursing work,improved nurses’ value,facilitated nurse-doctor cooperation,increased the satisfaction of patients and doctors with nursing work.Finally,it is suggested that the key points to carry out charge nurse responsibility system are sufficient nurse staffing,simplifying nursing documents and improving the general quality of charge nurses.更多还原
