【摘要】 总结了15例冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变行逆行导引钢丝技术的术后护理。主要采取以下护理措施:密切观察病情变化,积极预防术后并发症,包括冠状动脉穿孔、血管并发症、胃肠道反应、对比剂肾病及放射性损伤等,并做好出院指导。本组住院期间无不良心血管事件发生,患者均好转出院。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarized the postoperative nursing of 15 patients with chronic total occlusion(CTO) treated by retrograde approach through collateral channels.The key points of nursing care included careful observation of illness state,close monitoring and prevention of postoperative complications,such as coronary perforation,vascular complications,gastroenteric reactions,contrast-induced nephropathy,radiation injury,and adequate discharge instructions.As a result,all the patients recovered and discharged without adverse cardiac events.更多还原
