尾叶香茶菜茎部位的化学成分
Chemical constituents about the stem of Rabdosia excisa
【摘要】 目的:研究尾叶香茶菜Rabdosia excisa茎的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱法进行分离和纯化化合物。通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从尾叶香茶菜的乙酸乙酯部分共分离鉴定了13个化合物分别为1α,6,11β,15β-四乙酰基-6,7-断裂-7,20-内酯-对映-贝壳杉-16-烯(1);maoyecrystal E(2);6β,11α,15α-三羟基-6,7断裂-6,20-环氧-1α,7-内酯-对映-贝壳杉-16-烯(3);enmenol-glucoside(4);冬凌草甲素(5);大萼香茶菜庚素(6);rabdosichuanin C(7);β-谷甾醇(8);熊果酸(9);2α-羟基乌苏酸(10);2α-羟基齐墩果酸(11);2α,3α,19-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌索酸(12);胡萝卜苷(13)。结论:除了化合物5,8,9,13外,其余化合物均为首次从尾叶香茶菜中发现。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the constituents of the stem of Rabdosia excisa.Method: Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were determined by spectroscopic method.Result: Thirteen compounds isolated from this plant were identified as rabdesimte(1),maoyecrystal E(2),6β,11α,15α-trihydroxy-6,7-seco-6,20-epoxy-1α,7-olide-ent-kaur-16-en(3),enmenol-glucoside(4),oridonol(5),macrocalyxin G(6),rabdosichuanin C(7),β-sitosterol(8),ursolic acid(9),2α-hydroxyursolic acid(10),maslinic acid(11),2α,3α,19-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oicacid(12),and daucosterol(13).Conclusion: Except for compounds 5,8,9 and 13,the remaining compounds were found in R.excisa for the first time.
