【摘要】 目的:观察蟾蝓保元汤(CYBYT)对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者术后长春瑞滨联合顺铂(NP)化疗方案的辅助减毒增效作用。方法:将137例NSCLC术后患者,随机分为75例单纯NP方案化疗组和62例NP方案化疗合并CYBYT组,观察食欲、体重及化疗毒副反应等级。结果:化疗合并CYBYT组相对于单纯化疗组能有效增加体重(u=-2.12,P<0.05),但对食欲的改善无显著统计学意义(u=-1.55,P>0.05)。化疗合并CYBYT组相对于单纯化疗组能有效减弱以胃肠道反应为主的毒副反应(P<0.05)。结论:NSCLC患者NP方案化疗联用中药CYBYT辅助治疗,能显著改善临床症状,降低化疗期间的毒副反应,加强患者对化疗的耐受性,可作为非小细胞肺癌术后有效、低毒的辅助治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Chan Yu Bao Yuan Tang(CYBYT) in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) patients treated with combination of navelbine-cisplatin(NP) after operations.Methods One hundred and thirty-seven NSCLC patients after operation were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:NP group(75 cases,treated with NP only),NP combining CYBYT group(62 cases,treated with a combination of NP regimen and CYBYT).The appetite,body weight and toxic reactions of both groups were observed.Results Compared to the NP group,the body weight of NP combining CYBYT group was increased significantly(u =-2.12,P < 0.05),but the appetite was unchanged.Compared to the NP group,the NP combining CYBYT group could significantly reduced the gastrointestinal reactions(P < 0.05).Conclusion The combination of CYBYT and NP regimen in NSCLC patients after operation can reduce toxic reactions and enhance chemotherapy toleration.It may be an adjuvant treatment for NSCLC.更多还原
