【摘要】 目的:通过临床研究探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)加中药治疗对创面肉芽组织生长的影响,并初步阐明其作用机理。方法:将30例患者分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组为VSD加中药组15例,对照组为VSD组15例。比较2组的创面肉芽生长情况,测定经治疗后1、3、5、7d创面渗出液IL-1、IL-6和TNF-α的水平,评估疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组在创面肉芽生长方面相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在IL-1、IL-6和TNF-α方面均表现为细胞因子水平升高,但2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:VSD加中药治疗对创面修复具有有利的影响,中药在创面肉芽组织生长方面具有重要作用,其机理可能为促进IL-1、IL-6和TNF-α的水平的上调。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effects of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)technology plus herbal treatment on the growth of granulation tissue through clinical research,and to preliminarily explore its mechanism.Methods:All 30patients were divided into trial group(VSD plus herbal)and control group(VSD),15cases in each groups.The growth of granula-tion tissue was compared between the two groups,and the levels of IL-1,IL-6and TNF-αof transudate of wound were de-tected 1,3,5,and 7days after treatment.Results:The growth of granulation tissue was statistical difference between the trial group and control group(P<0.05).The cell factors such as IL-1,IL-6,and TNF-αwere elevated,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The VSD plus herbal treatment is beneficial for wound repairing;herbal can play an important role in the growth of wound granulation tissue,for it can promote the levels of IL-1,IL-6,and TNF-α.更多还原
