电针对实验性骨质疏松大鼠性激素及胰岛素样生长因子IGF-1的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨电针对实验性骨质疏松大鼠性激素及IGF-1的影响。方法:50只雌性未孕Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、假手术组、雌激素组、电针组,采用双侧卵巢摘除术复制骨质疏松模型,造模成功后,治疗3个疗程,检测大鼠骨密度、E2、LH、FSH及IGF-1变化。结果:骨质疏松大鼠骨密度(BMD)和骨矿含量(BMC)明显降低,E2水平明显降低,LH、FSH明显增加,IGF-1显著降低,与正常组大鼠比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);雌激素组、电针组大鼠BMD、BMC及血清中E2水平、IGF-1含量明显增加,LH、FSH明显降低,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。电针组与雌激素组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电针可以通过提高E2水平,调节内分泌失衡状况,促进胰岛素样生长因子IGF-1表达,达到改善骨质疏松的效果,其作用与雌激素作用相近。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the influences of electro-acupuncture on E2 and insulin-like growth factor IGF-1 in ovariectomized rats.Methods:50 female Wister rats were divided randomly into control,model,sham operation,estrogen,electro-acupuncture groups.After the bilaterally ovariectomized rats model were made successfully,and then the ovariectomized rats were treated for 3 courses.The bone mineral density(BMD)、bone mineral content(BMC)、serum E2、IGF-1 were measured.Results:In the model group,The BMD、BMC、E2 and IGF-1 were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).BMD、BMC 、E2 and IGF-1 significantly increased in the two treatment groups after treatment.There was no significant difference between the estrogen group and the electro-acupuncture group.Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture could improve osteoporosis in rats by enhancing the serum E2 and IGF-1;the effect of Electro-acupuncture was similar to that of estrogen.
