桥式钢丝夹板外固定治疗小儿股骨干骨折
Clinical Study of External Fixation by Bridge Wire Splint in Treatment of Femoral Shaft Fractures in Children
【摘要】 目的:探讨小儿股骨干骨折采用桥式钢丝夹板外固定的方法及临床疗效。方法:2007年6月~2009年11月,收治小儿股骨干骨折17例,均在C臂机透视下改善骨折力线关系后采用屈髋屈膝踝背伸位钢丝夹板持续牵引,并配合小夹板外固定。结果:患儿均获得随访,6~10周骨折均骨性愈合,伤后4~6个月骨折重塑,5例出现过度生长。结论:桥式钢丝夹板配合小夹板外固定治疗小儿股骨干骨折具有操作简单、护理方便、疗效安全可靠等优点。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the curative effect of external fixation by bridge wire splint in treatment of femoral shaft fractures in children.Methods:From June 2007 to November 2009,17 children of femoral shaft fractures were continuous traction by bridge wire splint after restoration axial alignment,with the position of hip and knee flexion,and ankle dorsiflexion,which was operated under the fluoroscopy of C-arm X-ray machine.Then,it was fixated combined with small splints.Results:All the children were followed up.The synostosis completed at 6 to 10 weeks after injury,and the callus remodeling appeared at 4 to 6 months.And five cases appeared excessive growth.Conclusion:The external fixation by bridge wire splint combined with small splints is simple operation,easy care,reliable,and safe in treatment of femoral shaft fractures in children.
