【摘要】 目的:观察复方盐酸利多卡因在锁骨骨折手术中的麻醉效果。方法:锁骨骨折行切开复位内固定患者312例,分为3组,分别用复方盐酸利多卡因、甲磺酸罗哌卡因、盐酸利多卡因进行区域阻滞,观察麻醉效果,记录麻醉分级。结果:复方盐酸利多卡因用于锁骨骨折麻醉满意度高,效果确切。结论:复方盐酸利多卡因用于锁骨骨折区域阻滞具有起效快,扩散广,麻醉维持时间长,费用低,不良反应小的优点,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the anesthetic effect of compound lidocaine hydrochloride in the collarbone fracture operation.METHODS 312 patients treated by open reduction and internal fixation were divided into 3 groups.Regional block anaesthetized with compound lidocaine hydrochloride,ropivacaine mesylate or lidocaine hydrochloride respectively.The anesthetic effects were obseved,and recording the results classified.RESULTS Compound lidocaine hydrochloride in anesthesiae for the collarbone fracture operation was effective,the extent of satisfaction was high.CONCLUSION In the collarbone fracture operation,regional block anesthesia with compound lidocaine hydrochloride spreads broadly,has fast inducement,long action time,less adverse reaction,low cost,and is worthy for clinical popularizing and application.更多还原
