【摘要】 目的:探讨专职人员与临床医生医院感染交互平台的作用和意义。方法:通过交互平台的应用,观察专职人员与医生的交流及其效果评估过程;结果:"交互平台"使专职人员与医生不受时间和空间限制地交流,感染病例的及时确定,及时反馈与干预及过程监控与评估。结论:"交互平台"是RT-NISS的有效补充,提高了RT-NISS感染病例诊断的准确性和及时性,完善了反馈和干预功能,强化了过程监控和效果评估,实现了感染防控的"关口前移",促使临床医生参与到感染防控中来,提高了感染控制效率,开辟了医院感染新的工作模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate significance and functions of the interactive platform between the infectious full-time personnel and clinician.Methods: After applying of the interactive platform,we observed the communication process and evaluated the effect of it.Results: The infectious full-time personnel could communicate with the clinician without restriction of time or space by using the interactive platform.The diagnosis and the intervention of infectious case become in time.The feedback evaluation was recorded meanwhile.Conclusion The interactive platform consummated the intervention function of the RT-NISS,and raised the sensitivity and exaction of the diagnosis of infectious case.Its feedback and intervention strengthened the monitoring of infectious process and its effect.This was the real "check-point ante-displacement" and raised the efficiency of the infection control.This could be called a kind of new work-mode.更多还原
