【摘要】 目的:探讨手术安全核查工作中存在的问题及对策,使手术安全核查制度规范化执行,确保手术安全进行。方法:通过观察200例手术的安全核查执行情况,及对各个环节分析,查找原因,提出了专业培训、端正态度、提高监督力度等一系列对策。结果:手术安全核查正确执行合格率明显提高,使三方核查落到实处,防范了错误手术的发生。结论:改变以往工作模式,及时在工作中发现问题并采取有效防范措施,可以使手术安全核查制度规范化执行,确保手术安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To explore the problems and measures on surgery security verification and to standard implement surgery security verification system in order to assure operation safety.Methods: status of implementing surgery security verification for 200 cases were observed and analyzed.Processes in surgery were analyzed and causes were also discussed.Suggestions such as professional training,correct attitude and strong inspection were mentioned.Results: Correct implementation surgery security verification rate has been significant increased.Three parts verification institutions have been truly implemented and mistake has been prevented.Conclusions: change old verification mode,find problems and take measures can help standard implementing surgery security verification system and assure operation safety.更多还原
