【摘要】 临床路径管理工作在我国起步较晚,目前尚处于探索阶段,因此,在试点医院执行临床路径的过程中,变异和退出的例数相对较多。本文通过现场查阅临床路径试点医院变异记录本,收集进入临床路径管理的患者变异和退出的相关病历信息,对变异和退出的原因进行分析,为试点医院临床路径管理相关工作的开展提供依据。更多还原
