【摘要】 目的探讨X线立体定位引导穿刺活检对乳腺微小病变的诊断价值。方法在X线立体定位仪引导下,对39例钼靶显示小结节或微钙化的乳腺病灶行粗针穿刺活检。结果 39例中恶性病变7例,导管内乳头状瘤4例,乳腺腺病15例,腺病伴非典型增生3例,纤维腺瘤7例,导管扩张症3例。结论 X线立体定位引导粗针穿刺活检是诊断乳腺微小病变确诊的安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical utility of X-ray stereotactic mammography-guided core needle biopsy for diagnosis of non-palpable breast lesions.Methods 39 breast lesions were punctured used core needle biopsy device under X-ray stereotactic mammography guidance.Results The pathological results were found including 7 malignant lesions and 32 benign lesions.Conclusions X-ray stereotactic mammography-guided core needle biopsy is suitable in diagnosis of non-palpable breast lesions,for it is safe,effective and accurate location.更多还原
