【摘要】 目的建立基层医务人员传染病培训教材筛选的指标体系及权重,同时对已出版的书籍进行筛选,筛选出适合于基层医务人员传染病培训的教材。方法采用专家会和文献查阅的方式初步建立起基层医务人员传染病培训教材的筛选指标,利用德尔菲法进行指标的筛选和权重的确定,同时利用得到的筛选指标系统对已出版的书籍进行打分、筛选。结果 32名专家参与了德尔菲法的调查,问卷回收率为100%。88.23%的指标专家权威系数大于0.5。教材筛选的一级指标包括权威性、全面性/结构性、科学性、可接受性、其他有关书籍内容评价,其权重分别为20、50、10、10、10分。在得到的269本书中,《现代传染病学》、《新发传染病》等10本书得分最高。结论德尔菲法是建立基层医务人员传染病培训教材筛选指标体系的较好的方法,同时教材的筛选工作应长期进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the evaluation system included variables and their weights for screening published books which are suitable to infectious diseases training to staff in the primary health care and medical institutes and centers.Methods Experts conferences and literature review were used to obtain the elementary variables.The evaluation system were established through the Delphi method.Then the published books as the infectious diseases training and teaching materials were screened using the system formed before.Results 32 experts were investigated by questionnaire designed by Delphi method.The feedback rate of the survey was 100%.The 88.23% of expert authoritative coefficients of all variables were more than 0.5.The primary variables in the evaluation system includes authority,comprehensiveness,structuredness,scientificalness,acceptance and other variables for materials screening.The weight scores of those variables above were 20,50,10,10 and 10 respectively.The published books scored top 10 highest included〈Modern Lemology〉 and〈New infectious disease-2nd edition〉,etc.Conclusion Delphi method is suitable to establish the evaluation system to such book selection.The screening for the infectious diseases training and teaching materials should be performed continuously.更多还原
