【摘要】 目的了解铁路旅客对艾滋病知识水平、意识以及需求状况。方法采用多阶段抽样的方法,对北京等七个铁路局管辖的数十辆列车上的11 146名旅客进行调查。结果 93.9%的调查对象听说过艾滋病,但对相关知识的知晓率较低。几乎所有的调查对象都表示对艾滋病知识有需求,其中对预防措施的需求最高。广播是旅客选择最多的宣传方式。结论铁路系统应更多地采用广播、电视等较为生动的宣传方式,加强对艾滋病预防措施、传播方式、流行现状以及艾滋病危害的宣传。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate HIV/AIDS related knowledge,attitude,and demand for education among railway passengers.Methods A multiple stage sampling method was applied for the study.11 146 railway passengers were randomly selected from trains of seven bureaus.An informed consent questionnaire was carried out with every passage of the selected cars of trains.Results 11 141 passengers gave qualified responses.93.9%(10 409/11 086) of railway passengers heard of AIDS.However,the risk awareness was low.Only 40.7%(4 410/10 830) of investigated passengers knew that mosquito bite would not cause HIV infection.Almost all participants showed willingness to get HIV/AIDS related knowledge,especially the knowledge of preventive measures(50.6%,5 636/11 141).Radio was the most preferred way for the education(59.9%,6 549/10 936),followed by television(48.5%,5 305/10 936).Conclusion Railway system is an ideal place for the investigation and education of HIV/AIDS related knowledge.It would be very helpful to provide train passengers the radio and television education programs of HIV transmission,risk behavior and preventive measures.更多还原
