【摘要】 目的:观察喜炎平注射液治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎合并心肌损害的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机均分为对照组和观察组,观察组给予喜炎平注射液(5mg·kg-1d-1)并对症补液治疗;对照组给予利巴韦林注射液(10～15mg·kg-1·d-1)并对症补液治疗。2组病例均在初治和治疗5～7d后检查和复查心肌酶谱水平。结果:治疗后2组心肌酶谱水平均较治疗前有显著下降(P<0.05);组间比较除乳酸脱氢酶外,均有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为95%,对照组为77.5%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:喜炎平注射液治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎合并心肌损害有明显疗效,且未见明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis complicating with cardiac damage. METHODS: 80 children were randomly divided into control group and observation group (40 cases in each group). The patients in observation group were given Xiyanping injection (5 mg·kg-1d-1) and symptomatic treatment, and the patients in control group were given Virazole injection(10～15 mg·kg-1·d-1)and symptomatic treatment. The cards cardiac enzymes spectrum of 2 groups were checked and rechecked at the beginning of treatment and 5～7 days after treatment. RESULTS: The cards cardiac enzymes spectrum of 2 groups decreased significantly after treatment, compared with before treatment(P<0.05). There were significant difference between 2 groups, besides LDH (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 95%, while in control group was 77.5%, There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Xiyanping injection is significantly effective for infantile rotavirus enteritis complicating with cardiac damage without obvious adverse drug reactions.更多还原
