【摘要】 目的:建立2个产地3个品种莪术的太赫兹光谱鉴别方法。方法:采用共有峰率和变异峰率双指标序列法对不同产地、不同品种的莪术石油醚、氯仿和无水乙醇提取物进行鉴别。结果:用双指标序列法对3种莪术不同溶剂提取物太赫兹吸收曲线的分析结果显示,3种溶剂提取物均可以对不同产地、不同品种的莪术进行区分。结论:该方法简便、快捷、灵敏,可用来鉴别不同品种、不同产地的莪术。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish spectroscopy to identify three species of Curcumae Rhizoma from two production areas.METHODS:The petroleum ether extract,chloroform extract and anhydrous ethyl alcohol extract of different species of Curcumae Rhizoma from different production areas were identified by common and variance peak ratio dual indexes sequence.RESULTS:Results of terahertz absorption curves of different extracts of three kinds of Curcumae Rhizoma analyzed by dual indexes sequence show that different species of Curcumae Rhizoma from different producing area can be identified according to three extracts.CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,fast,sensitive and can be used to distinguish the different species of Curcumae Rhizoma from different producing area.更多还原
