辛伐他汀对高血压合并高血脂患者血管内皮功能的干预作用
Effect of Simvastatin for Changes of Vascular Endothelium Function in Hypertensive Patients with Hyperlipidemia
【摘要】 目的:观察高血压合并高血脂患者血管内皮功能的变化及辛伐他汀的干预作用。方法:分别检测98例高血压合并高血脂患者(观察组)和32例对照者(对照组)的血管内皮功能。并将观察组随机均分为辛伐他汀组与非辛伐他汀组,非辛伐他汀组采用常规治疗,辛伐他汀组在常规治疗的基础上加用辛伐他汀(40mg,qd),比较观察2组的临床疗效及对内皮功能的影响。结果:观察组颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、血流介导的血管扩张(FMD)和硝酸甘油介导的血管扩张(NMD)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。辛伐他汀组的总有效率明显高于非辛伐他汀组(P<0.05)。辛伐他汀组治疗后IMT、FMD和NMD水平均低于同期非辛伐他汀组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压合并高血脂患者血管内皮功能会下降,而辛伐他汀能够明显改善血管内皮功能,提高临床疗效。
【Abstract】 OBJECTVE: To observe the changes of vascular endothelium function in hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia and the effect of simvastatin. METHODS: The vascular endothelium function was detected in 98 hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia (treatment group)and 32 control cases(control group). Treatment group was randomly separated into two groups, which simvastatin group was treated with simvastatin(40 mg, qd) on the basis of normal therapy. The clinical effect and vascular endothelium function before and after treatment were observed. RESULTS: The levels of IMT, FMD and NMD in observation group were significantly lower than in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates in simvastatin group were significantly higher than in non-simvastatin group(P<0.05). The levels of IMT, FMD and NMD in simvastatin group were significantly lower than in non-simvastatin group after treatment, there was statistical significance(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The vascular endothelium function is degraded in hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia, and simvastatin can improve the vascular endothelium function and clinical effects.
