【摘要】 目的:评价临床药师进行药学监护协助治疗难治性感染的效果。方法:对我院临床药师协助治疗难治性感染,行药学监护的病例进行回顾性总结。结果:我院临床药师进行药学监护协助治疗难治性感染380例,治愈率98%,取得明显疗效。结论:临床药师可协助临床医生合理选择药物,根据药动学和药效学特点制订给药方案,及时发挥药物的最大疗效,避免其不良反应的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of clinical pharmacists carrying out pharmaceutical care to facilitate the treatment of refractory infection. METHODS: Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care to facilitate the treatment of refractory infection in our hospital were summarized retrospectively. RESULTS: Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care to facilitate the treatment of 380 cases of refractory infection with cure rate of 98%, which achieved obvious therapeutic efficacy. CONCLUSION: It is of importance and necessity to confirm clinical pharmacists to provide pharmaceutical care to facilitate the treatment of refractory infection and rational drug selection, and formulate dosage regimen on the basis of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic characteristics to obtain thorough therapeutic efficacy of drugs and avoid adverse drug reactions.更多还原
