【摘要】 目的:评价"医师填报、药师辅助"药品不良反应(ADR)监测工作模式的实践意义。方法:介绍我院开展"医师填报、药师辅助"ADR监测的工作模式及药师实践经验。结果:通过关注ADR发生,重视合理使用药品,我院的ADR上报数量大幅提升,上报质量明显提高。结论:"医师填报、药师辅助"ADR监测工作模式中,药师发挥了积极作用,既符合《ADR报告和监测管理办法》的要求,也有助于提升ADR监测水平,保障患者用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the practical significance of ADR monitoring model of "physicians reporting, pharmacists assisting". METHODS: ADR monitoring model of "physicians reporting, pharmacists assisting" in our hospital was introduced as well as pharmacists practice. RESULTS: The number of ADR reports increased significantly and the reporting quality was enhanced in our hospital after perfecting ADR monitoring system, formulating work flow, collecting, evaluating, reporting and feeding back ADR. CONCLUSION: In ADR monitoring mode of "physicians reporting, pharmacists assisting", pharmacists play an active role. The mode not only meets the requirements of Management Practices of ADR Reporting and Monitoring and enhances the level of ADR monitoring, but also helps to protect the safety of patient medication.更多还原
