【摘要】 目的:系统评价艾迪注射液联合全身化疗与单纯全身化疗治疗胃癌的有效性和安全性。方法:采用Cochrane系统评价方法,计算机检索PubMed、ScienceDirect、中文科技期刊全文数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、Cochrane图书馆临床对照试验库等。纳入含艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗胃癌的随机对照研究(RCT)。由2名评价者独立评价并交叉核对纳入研究质量,对纳入的同质研究采用RevMan5.0进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入15项研究,且均为低质量研究。Meta分析结果表明,在提高近期有效率、生存质量、缓解化疗后Ⅱ度以上白细胞减少、Ⅱ度以上血小板减少、恶心呕吐、肝功能损害和改善免疫指标方面,艾迪注射液联合全身化疗优于单纯全身化疗,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但在改善Ⅱ度以上贫血和肾功能损害远期指标方面艾迪注射液联合全身化疗与单纯化疗比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液对胃癌有一定的辅助治疗作用,但不排除与纳入文献质量较低、各种治疗方案纳入研究数量少和发表偏倚有关,期待更多设计合理、严格执行的大样本随机双盲对照试验提供高质量的证据。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Aidi injection combined with systematic chemotherapy vs.chemotherapy alone for gastric carcinoma(GC).METHODS:We searched the Cochrane Library,PubMed,ScienceDirect,VIP,Wanfang Database and CNKI.RCTs about Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy for GC were included.2 reviewers evaluated the quality of included trials independently.The Cochrane Collaboration’s software Rev Man 5.0 was used for meta-analyses.RESULTS:15 RCTs were included in the meta-analysis,but the quality of reports was poor.Results of meta-analysis showed that Aidi injection combined with systematic chemotherapy was better than chemotherapy alone in the treatment of GC in respect of effective rate,the quality of life,grade Ⅱ hypoleukia,grade Ⅱ thrombocytopenia,nausea and vomiting,hepatic function injury and immune function.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in grade Ⅱ anemia,kidney function injury and lone-term index between Aidi injection combined with systematic chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Aidi injection is beneficial to the treatment of GC.However,considering about low quality of included literatures and quantity limit and publish bias,more reasonable-designed and large-scale randomized double-blind controlled trials are needed.更多还原
