GC-MS法测定虎杖膏中龙脑与异龙脑的含量

【摘要】 目的:建立测定虎杖膏中龙脑与异龙脑含量的方法。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用法。色谱柱为Agilent HP-5MS(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),程序升温,汽化室温度为260℃,载气为高纯He,流速为1mL·min-1,分流比为20:1;离子源温度为230℃,四极杆温度为150℃,电离方式为EI,进样量为2μL。结果:龙脑和异龙脑的进样量分别在0.012~0.150、0.005~0.061μg范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r均为0.9997);二者平均加样回收率分别为99.56%(RSD=2.20%,n=6)和99.79%(RSD=2.03%,n=6)。结论:本方法稳定、简便、灵敏、快速,可用于虎杖膏中龙脑与异龙脑的含量测定。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of borneol and isoborneol in Huzhang cream.METHODS:GC-MS method was adopted.The Agilent HP-5MS chromatographic column was used with programmed temperature,high purity He as carrier gas and the vaporizer temperature at 260℃.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1,the sample size was 2 μL amd split ratio 20:1.The ion source temperature was 230℃ and quadropole temperature was 150℃.Ionization mode was EI.RESULTS:The isoborneol and borneol both showed a good linear relationship were at the range of 0.005~0.061 μg and 0.012~0.150 μg,respectively(r=0.999 7).The average recoveries were 99.56%(RSD=2.20%,n=6)and 99.79%(RSD=2.03%,n=6),respectively.CONCLUSION:The method is stable,simple,sensitive and rapid.It can be used for the content determination of isoborneol and borneol in Huzhang cream.
