【摘要】 目的:观察吡硫翁锌气雾剂联合梢地祛银颗粒治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法:102例银屑病患者随机分为2组:治疗组51例患者口服梢地祛银颗粒,外用吡硫翁锌气雾剂;对照组51例患者口服复方氨肽素片,外用0.1%维A酸乳膏。2组患者在治疗后的2、4、6周分别进行临床观察,根据银屑病皮损面积和严重度指数(PASI)评判疗效。结果:治疗6周后,治疗组患者痊愈18例,显效26例,总有效率86.3%;对照组患者治愈3例,显效31例,总有效率66.7%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:口服梢地祛银颗粒联合外用吡硫翁锌气雾剂治疗寻常型银屑病,疗效好、不良反应小。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Pyrithione zinc aerosol combined with Shaodi quyin granules in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. METHODS:102 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 51 patients in treatment group were given oral dose of Shaodi quyin granules and Pyrithione zinc aerosol for external use. 51 patients in control group were given oral dose of Compound ampeptide elemente tablets and 0.1% Tretinoin cream for external use. Results of two groups were observed 2,4,6 weeks after treatment. Therapeutic efficacy was evaluated according to psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) . RESULTS:After 6 weeks of treatment,18 cases were cured and 26 cases were effective in treatment group with total effective rate of 86.3%. After 6 weeks of treatment,3 cases were cured and 31 cases were effective in control group with total effective rate of 66.7%. There was significant difference between treatment group and control group(P<0.05) . CONCLUSION:Oral dose of Shaodi quyin granules and Pyrithione zinc aerosol for external use in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is effective with little adverse drug reaction.更多还原
