基于FTIR技术和HPLC法的广西不同石山地区两面针化学成分比较分析

【摘要】 目的:研究两面针的红外光谱特征及不同石山地区两面针药材的差异,并结合高效液相色谱(HPLC)法分析广西不同石山地区两面针中生物碱的差异。方法:采集广西不同石山地区两面针药材,制备傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)图,运用主成分分析法(PCA)研究不同谱图间的差异,结合HPLC法测定氯化两面针碱的含量。结果:两面针所处的地理位置、纬度、气候、年降雨量、土壤等外在条件不同,均能使其化学成分的含量存在差异。结论:运用FTIR技术可以快速鉴别出不同石山地区两面针主要化学成分的差异,并能够准确把握药材的整体信息。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the infrared spectra characteristics and the difference of Zanthoxylum nitidum in the Karst region of Guangxi,and to analyze the difference of alkaloid in Z. nitidum in the Karst region of Guangxi by HPLC. METHODS:Z. nitidum in the Karst region of Guangxi was collected to prepare FTIR spectra. Principal component analysis(PCA) was used to study the difference of spectra. The content of nitidine chloride was determined by HPLC. RESULTS:The differences of chemical compositions of Z. nitidum in the Karst region due to the diversity of geography,latitude,climate,annual rainfall and soil. CONCLUSION:FTIR can be used to identify the differences of chemical compositions of Z. nitidum in the Karst region rapidly,and can reflect the general information of medicinal materials accurately.
