【摘要】 目的:建立乳核宁片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中三七、青皮、漏芦、当归进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定乳核宁片中芍药苷的含量。结果:TLC鉴别专属性强,阴性对照无干扰;芍药苷进样量在53～530 ng范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.46%,RSD=0.88%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于乳核宁片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Ruhening tablets.METHODS:Panax notoginseng,Citrus reticulata,Rhaponticum uniflorum and Angelica sinensis in prescription were determined by TLC.The content of paeoniflorin in Ruhening tablets was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:TLC identification exhibited good specificity without the interference form the negative samples.The linear range of paeoniflorin was 53-530 ng(r=0.999 8) with an average recovery of 99.46%(RSD=0.88%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The established standard is suitable for the quality control of Ruhening tablets.更多还原
