【摘要】 目的:建立活血舒筋贴膏剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对没药挥发油进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中紫丁香苷进行含量测定。结果:TLC斑点清晰,分离度好;紫丁香苷进样量在0.138～0.690μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.50%,RSD=3.04%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于活血舒筋贴膏剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard for Huoxue shujin plaster.METHODS:The volatile oil of Commiphora Myrrha was identified by TLC and the content syringin was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:The TLC spots were clear and well-separated.The linear range of syringin in Huoxue shujin plaster was 0.138-0.690μg (r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 98.50% (RSD=3.04%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method was reproducible for the quality control of Huoxue shujin plaster.更多还原
