【摘要】 目的:确定香桂化浊胶囊的成型工艺条件。方法:用单因素试验考察成型性、休止角、吸湿性,以确定乙醇浓度、制粒目数、临界相对湿度等成型工艺指标。结果:选定85%乙醇为润湿剂,制40目颗粒,装0号胶囊,平均装量0.39g,临界相对湿度为57%。结论:该工艺稳定、合理,可为工业化生产提供可靠依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To determine the molding technology of Xianggui huazhuo capsule.METHODS:The molding technology was studied with moldability,angle of repose and hygroscopicity as index.The index of molding technology was determined,such as concentration of ethanol,granulating mesh,critical relative moisture.RESULTS:The molding technology was as follows:85% ethanol as wetting agent,40 mesh,capsule 0,capsule weight of 0.39 g,critical relative moisture of 57%.CONCLUSION:The molding technology is stable,reasonable,and can provide reliable basis for production.更多还原
