【摘要】 目的:观察山莨菪碱对支气管哮喘的疗效及对血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)表达的影响。方法:选取178例哮喘患者,随机分为观察组(102例)与对照组(76例),观察组在常规治疗基础上加用山莨菪碱治疗,对照组应用常规治疗。于治疗前、后观察血清中TNF-α和IL-6的变化,比较2组差异。结果:观察组的疗效明显优于对照组。治疗后观察组与对照组在血清中TNF-α和IL-6的表达均较治疗前明显降低,但观察组治疗后的下降幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:哮喘患者在常规治疗基础上加用山莨菪碱治疗显效率明显提高,血清中TNF-α和IL-6的表达也有明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical efficacy of anisodamine in the treatment of asthma,and to study the effect of it on the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum in order to provide guidance for clinical work.METHODS:178 patients with asthma were randomly divided into observation group(102 group) and control group(76 cases).Both groups were given routine treatment,and observation group was additionally given anisodamine.The changes of TNF-α and IL-6 in two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment.RESULTS:Clinical efficacy of observation group was superior to that of control group significantly.The expression of TNF-α and IL-6 were obviously decreased in both groups after treatment.The decrease of expression of TNF-α and IL-6 in observation group was significantly higher than in control group.CONCLUSION:Additional therapy of anisodamine have improved obvious effective rate and have regulated the expressions of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum.更多还原
