【摘要】 目的:调查某地区医疗机构的药品储存条件,为全面加强医疗机构的药品管理,保障临床用药安全提供参考。方法:采用现场监督检查的方法,对某地区20家医疗机构现有的1706种药物(其中西药60类1296种,中成药17类410种)的储存条件进行全面检查。结果:药品储存条件基本符合药品经营管理规范的要求,合格率为84.1%,其中温度问题占比为11.8%,光照问题为3.5%,其他问题为0.6%,170种药品近效期。结论:加强医疗机构药品储存条件的管理,对提高药品质量,保障用药安全具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To standardize drug storage conditions of medical institutions and overall strengthen the quality of drugs in medical institutions in order to protect the safety of drug use in the clinic.METHODS:By on-site monitoring inspection,1 706 kinds of medicines(western medicine was 60 categories(1 296 kinds),traditional Chinese medicine was 17 categories(410 kinds)) of 20 hospitals were inspected thoroughly in storage condition.RESULTS:The drug storage conditions were basically in line with GSP requirements.The pass rate was 84.1%.11.8% resulted from temperature,3.5% resulted from light condition and 0.6% resulted from other aspects.There were 170 kinds of drug which neared to be out of data.CONCLUSION:It is of significance to strengthen the drug store conditions of medical institutions,improve the quality of drugs and build a harmonious medical environment.更多还原
