【摘要】 目的:评价柴葛洗剂药浴在小儿外感发热中的降温效果。方法:选择符合诊断标准的外感发热患儿76例随机分为2组,在采用常规对症及支持疗法的基础上,治疗组使用柴葛洗剂药浴疗法降温,对照组口服小儿热速清口服液,比较2组疗法的退热效果,观察发热、全身伴随症状的变化及不良反应。结果:2组的总体疗效、退热起效时间及完全退热时间比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组。结论:应用柴葛洗剂治疗小儿外感发热具有降温快、疗效稳定、方法简便、患儿易于接受等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate hypothermy effect of Chaige lotion balneotherapy in the treatment of children exopathogenic fever.METHODS:76 children with exopathogenic fever met the diagnostic standard were randomly divided into 2 groups.On the basis of conventional symptomatic and supportive therapy,treatment group was given Chaige lotion for cooling,and control group was treated with Xiaoer resuqing oral liquid.The hypothermy effects of two groups were compared.The changes of systemic symptoms and fever were observed as well as adverse drug reactions.RESULTS:There was significant difference in overall efficacy,onset time and total cooling time(P<0.05 or P<0.01),those of treatment group was better than control group.CONCLUSION:For therapy of children exopathogenic fever,Chaige lotion is characterized with quick hypothermy effect,stable effect,simple method and easy to accepted by children.It is worthy of spreading in the clinic.更多还原
