当归穴位埋植剂对小鼠卵巢早衰的药效学研究

【摘要】 目的:研究肾虚型卵巢早衰小鼠关元穴注入当归穴位埋植剂后,其子宫、卵巢指数、血清E2水平及动情周期的变化情况。方法:选用8周龄雌性小鼠用雷公藤多苷片造模,随机分为模型、经络疏通蛋白线、空白穴位埋植剂、当归穴位埋植剂组。于关元穴分别注入空白穴位埋植剂、经络疏通蛋白线和当归穴位埋植剂,每72h注入1次,连续注入3次。利用试剂盒测定各组E2水平,称量小鼠子宫及卵巢重量,计算子宫指数和卵巢指数。结果:与模型组比较,当归穴位埋植剂、空白穴位埋植剂、经络疏通蛋白线组子宫、卵巢指数和E2水平均具有显著差异(P<0.05),且当归穴位埋植剂组的数据较其他2组更为接近正常组数据。结论:3种埋植剂均对肾虚型卵巢早衰具有治疗作用,其中当归穴位埋植剂治疗肾虚型卵巢早衰效果更为显著。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the changes of uterus index,ovarian index,the serum levels of E2 and estrus cycle in kidney deficiency mice with premature ovarian failure(POF) treated with Angelica sinensis acupoint implants via Guanyuan acupoint.METHODS:Female mice aged 8-weeks were given Triptergium wilfordii tablets to establish POF model.Model mice were randomly divided into model group,protein insert group,blank acupoint implants group,A.sinensis acupoint implants group.The last 3 groups were given protein insert,blank acupoint implants and A.sinensis acupoint implants via Guanyuan acupoint every 72 hours respectively for three times.E2 kit was used to determine serum level of E2,weigh the weight of uterus and ovary and calculate uterus index and ovary index.RESULTS:Compared with model group,the serum levels of E2,uterus index and ovary index in protein insert group,blank acupoint implants group,A.sinensis acupoint implants group had significant difference(P<0.05).The data of A.sinensis acupoint implants group was more similar to normal group,compared with other two groups.CONCLUSION:3 kinds of implants can cure the POF of kidney deficiency mice.A.sinensis acupoint implants is more effective than other 2 kinds of implants in the treatment of POF of kidney deficiency.
