【摘要】 目的:探讨临床药师参与麻风病患者合理应用抗菌药物的迫切性。方法:抽取我院病案室2007-2009年麻风病患者围术期完整病历109份,对患者病变的基本情况、手术名称、切口类型和抗菌药物应用情况等进行统计、分析。结果:我院麻风病患者围术期抗菌药物应用率达88.07%,大多数为术后用药;二联用药占12.84%;预防性应用抗菌药物>48h。用药频度排序中注射用头孢唑林钠、乙酰螺旋霉素片、注射用青霉素钠位居前3位,注射用头孢唑林钠和注射用头孢哌酮钠的药物利用指数偏高。结论:我院麻风病患者用药基本合理,但临床药师仍需加强对抗菌药物应用的指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To explore the necessity of pharmacists involving in rational use of antibiotics therapy for leper. METHODS:109 complete medical records of leper were collected from our hospital during 2007-2009. 109 complete medical records were analyzed statistically in respect of pathological basic situation,surgical procedure,incision type and application of antibiotics. RESULTS:Perioperative application rate of antibiotics for leper in our hospital was 88.07%,the majority were postoperative administration;drug combination accounted for 12.84%;prophylactic antibiotics medication time was more than 48 h. Cefazolin sodium for injection,Acetylspiramycin tablet,Sodium penicillin for injection took up the first three place of DDDs. DUI of Cefazolin sodium for injection and Cefoperazone sodium for injection was high. CONCLUSION:The medication of leprosy case in our hospital is rational,but clinical pharmacists still should strengthen the guidance of antibiotics use.更多还原
