【摘要】 目的:评价广东地区影响机体免疫功能药的应用现状及趋势。方法:采用金额排序法,对广东地区97家医院2006-2009年影响机体免疫功能药的应用情况进行统计、分析。结果:4年中,影响机体免疫功能药的销售金额、用药频度均逐年增长,麦考酚吗乙酯胶囊、他克莫司胶囊在销售金额排序中每年均位居前2位,用药频度排序靠前的为卡介菌多糖核酸注射液、匹多莫德片。结论:广东地区影响机体免疫功能药应用现状基本符合我国当前的药品总体消耗趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the status quo and developmental trend of the utilization of immune system agents in Guangdong area. METHODS:The utilization of immune system agents in 97 hospitals of Guangdong area from 2006 to 2009 was analyzed statistically in respect of the order of consumption sum. RESULTS:Over the 4 years,both the consumption sum and DDDs of immune system agents increased year by year;mycophenolate mofetil capsules and tacrolimus capsules dominated the first two places over the 4 years in the list of consumption sum. BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid injection and pidotimod tablets took the lead in the list of DDDs. CONCLUSION:The utilization of immune system agents in Guangdong area is in line with the general drug consumption tendency.更多还原
